11th Month Warranty Inspections
A professional inspection of the home can provide you with a list of recommended repairs to have the builder correct before the warranty expires.
PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT
Most builders offer a one-year warranty on a new home. We’ll come out during the 11th month and perform a full home inspection before the builder’s warranty expires. Our non-invasive inspection is based on observations of the visible and apparent condition of the interior and exterior of the structure, including its major systems and components. Following the inspection, you will receive a comprehensive report, detailed with our findings and illustrated with clear photographs, making it more likely that your claim will be paid. You will then be able to turn your report over to the builder for repairs based on the home warranty.
DO NOT GET STUCK MAKING COSTLY REPAIRS YOURSELF
Building a home requires a tremendous amount of materials, multiple different contractors, and different methods of construction. With all of these factors coming together, it is not uncommon for issues to arise within the first year of construction. Do not get stuck making these potentially costly repairs yourself. Your inspection report will identify common problems that emerge in new construction and alert you to serious issues. You may not notice a small leak around a window until rot and mold become a serious problem later — and this will almost certainly be after your warranty has expired, meaning you have to pay for repairs out of pocket. CNHInspections will identify any defects in your new home that repairs may be made by the builder before the warranty has expired.

An 11th Month Warranty Inspection is the last phase of the New Construction Process. This is the final chance to inform your builder of any items in your home that need to be addressed. Once your home has been inspected, CNHInspections will provide you with a comprehensive report so you have the knowledge and detailed documentation to discuss any problems regarding the quality of materials or workmanship with your home builder. After this warranty expires, your builder is not responsible for addressing any issue you may find.
