• ​Payment is due by 8:00 PM the day before the inspection. We do not accept payment through title companies. [Why CNHInspections does not accept payment through title]

• The property must be vacant of occupants for the entire inspection. Please allow a minimum four-hour inspection window; larger, older, or more complex homes, as well as additional services, may require more time. Exact completion times cannot be guaranteed.

 

• CNHInspections does not contact the listing side regarding scheduling, access, or inspection instructions. The person scheduling is responsible for providing clear access instructions, including any lockbox, code, or entry details.
  Please provide the seller or seller’s representative with the Homeowner Preparation Guide.​

• Detached garages are not included in the standard home inspection. An option to add them is provided through the client portal after scheduling.

• Walk-through consultations are not offered. 

​

All home inspection appointments must be scheduled through our online system.

 

Clients and agents will typically receive a confirmation email within the hour, except on Saturdays.

Home inspections start at $499. Pricing may vary based on the home's age, size, and foundation type.

Add-on Services:​​

• Sewer scope inspection: $225

• Radon testing: $175. Mileage fees may apply.

Scheduling Note: If you are scheduling only a radon test (without a home inspection), please call or text us directly to schedule. Sewer scope inspections are only offered in conjunction with a home inspection and are not available as a stand-alone service.​​​​
