Radon in Large Buildings
Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that can enter through foundations and other ground-contact areas. Because it cannot be seen or smelled, testing is the only way to determine the concentrations present within a building.
Project Planning & Documentation
Each project is planned around the property’s layout, foundation types, occupied areas, HVAC operation, number of buildings, and applicable project requirements. Our process includes device-placement planning, individual device tracking, quality-control measurements, submission of passive devices to a qualified laboratory for analysis, and clearly organized reporting.
Standards-Based Testing
Testing is performed in accordance with applicable Nebraska requirements and ANSI/AARST MA-MFLB-2023: Protocol for Conducting Measurements of Radon and Radon Decay Products in Multifamily, School, Commercial and Mixed-Use Buildings.
Testing and documentation can also be prepared to meet applicable HUD, lender, or program requirements.
