Why Choose Us

We Perform Only One Inspection Per Day

At CNHInspections, we perform only one home inspection per day. This allows us to dedicate our full attention to the property without rushing to another appointment.

With hundreds of inspections completed across Nebraska, we’ve seen the construction patterns and recurring issues that show up time and again, so we know what to look for and how to report it clearly.

Our Inspections Take Longer Than Average—and That’s Intentional

Over the years, we have learned that a quality home inspection takes time. Our process is built around serving the client, not rushing the inspection or keeping the transaction moving.

When safe and accessible, we walk roof surfaces, enter attics and crawlspaces, open electrical panels, and evaluate areas not typically viewed during a standard showing. When warranted, we may also use specialized tools such as moisture meters, circuit analyzers, infrared cameras, and our crawlspace inspection robot.

This additional time provides clients with clearer, more complete information.

Reports Are Delivered After the Inspection—Not On-Site

Our work continues after we leave the property. Reports are completed afterward, rather than rushed and issued on-site, so each finding can be carefully reviewed, organized, and clearly explained.

We have been developing and refining our report template for years. Findings are written in complete, easy-to-understand language and supported with photographs, videos when helpful, moisture meter findings, illustrations, and useful links that explain the condition, concern, and recommended next step.

This level of factual, detailed documentation helps clients understand the findings, communicate them clearly to applicable parties, and make well-informed decisions. View Our Sample Inspection Report

Preparation Before the Inspection Begins

Proper preparation helps clients get more from their inspection.

Once the inspection is scheduled, CNHInspections provides the client and buyer’s agent with our Inspection Prep Guide and, when applicable, Radon Testing Instructions. These materials can then be shared with the listing agent or homeowner so the property is ready for inspection.

Our guide helps reduce preventable limitations by addressing access to key areas, including electrical panels, attics, and crawlspaces, and by reminding homeowners to ensure the main water valve is on before the inspection, among other important preparation steps.
